Check if the clinic holds an accreditation certificate. Thermage ® accredited treatment centers hold a Thermage ® Accredited Treatment Center Certificate that is issued by Solta Medical.
Step 2
Check if the packaging of the tip box has a “Genuine Product” laser label and a “Solta Medical Hong Kong Exclusive Distributor” seal.
Step 3
The new packaging has a QR code certification seal on the bottom cover. Verify the authenticity of the probe by scanning it.
Step 4
The Thermage ® probe is for single use only. Thus, you may request to have the probe packaging opened on the spot to ensure it has not been used before.
